Beijing Administration Institute actively plans and takes the initiative to develop neighboring diplomacy and assist in the construction of China's Central Asian administration institute cooperation network. In 2023, it signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Academy of Governance directly under the President of Tajikistan,, continuously expanding international cooperation channels and steadily improving the level of opening up to the outside world.

In mid July 2023, Liu Honglei, a member of the institute committee, and two others visited Russia. Through participating in multilateral international conferences organized by Russian partners, they drafted a memorandum of cooperation with the National Academy of Governance directly under the President of Tajikistan. The two sides reached a consensus on mutual visits, scientific research, and think tank cooperation. On July 27th, during the visit of Gavrzoda Abdulhalio Davlatari, the President of the National Academy of Governance directly under the President of Tajikistan, to Beijing to attend the China-Central Asian Development Forum, the two sides officially signed a memorandum of cooperation and discussed specific cooperation plans. The successful signing of this memorandum of cooperation marks the beginning of a new chapter in cooperation and exchange between our institute and Central Asian countries.

Next, the International Cooperation and Exchange department will conscientiously maintain the cooperative relationships among various international partners, continue to expand the "circle of friends" for external exchanges and cooperation, and continuously improve the level of international cooperation and exchange at the institute.
