From June 8 to 12, a 5-member delegation from the Vladimir Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, led by Director Viacheslav Kartukhin, visited the Beijing Administration Instituteto carry out a series of cooperation and exchange activities.

An inter-institutional symposium washeld to discuss and exchange views on topics such as optimizing academic cooperation mechanisms, restarting student exchange program, and enhancing international communication capabilities. The two sides jointly hosted an academic seminar themed "Public Governance and the Application of Artificial Intelligence," where four representatives delivered keynote speeches, sharing their respective case studies and reflections on the application of AI in national governance in China and Russia.

The delegation visited the Beijing Practice Themed Classroom, exchanged views on space law with Beihang University, and visited to the Sichuan Administration Instituteto study and conduct research on topics such as the digital economy and ecological civilization.
