Led by Professor Zhou Yueli, the delegation held in-depth discussions with the branches on core topics such as capacity building. Professor Zhou Yueli, director and professor of the Law Department of BAI, delivered a keynote speech on China’s theories and practices in capacity building, focusing on the training paths for “eight skills” and “seven capabilities”.

The two sides exchanged views on on-site teaching preparation, curriculum design, young teacher training, and other issues. Additionally, the delegation conducted field research at memorial sites, historical revolutionary bases and urban areas in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to gain a better understanding of Vietnam’s national conditions and culture.

This visit has strengthened mutual learning on innovative cadre training methods, deepened the understanding of governance laws, and contributed to the continuous development of China-Vietnam relations.
