On October 22, 2025, a 49-member delegation led by Sok Siyara, Member of the Central Committee and First Vice-Chairman of the Central External Relations Commission of the Cambodian People’s Party, visited Beijing Administration Institute (BAI) for in-depth exchanges on capacity building.

Shen Jie, Executive Vice President of BAI, extended a warm welcome and elaborated on the institute’s core functions and operational features centered on capacity building and institutional governance. She highlighted BAI’s multi-level training system and the Beijing Practice Themed Classroom, a key venue for learning the latest innovative theories and practices.

Sok Siyara expressed gratitude for the warm reception, praised the time-honored China-Cambodia friendship, and voiced his expectation to deepen practical cooperation in digital training. The delegation visited the themed classroom and attended a seminar on capacity building, engaging in fruitful discussions.

This multi-dimensional exchange has provided valuable references for enhancing governance capacity and will inject new vitality into China-Cambodia relations.
