From November 3rd to 6th, Prof.Yuan Jifu, Vice President of BAI, led a delegation to Kazakhstan to carry out cooperation and academic exchanges. The delegation visited five institutions, including the Astana Civil Service Hub, the Graduate School of Public Policy of Nazarbayev University, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh University of Technology and Business, and the Astana IT University.

In-depth discussions enhanced mutual understanding and broad consensus was reached on cooperation directions, including civil servant training research, governance research, academic conferences, exchange of visiting teachers, short-term exchanges of graduate students. BAI signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Kazakh University of Technology and Business.

BAI will continue to strengthen cooperation exchanges with institutions in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and other Central Asian regions, take part in the activities under the China-Central Asia Administrative Institutions Cooperation Network.
