The delegation from the Vladimir branch of RENEPA visits BAI

From May 13th to 19th, a delegation of five members from the Vladimir branch of RENEPA, led by rector Vyacheslav Kartukhin, visited our institute.

Vladimir Branch is an important partner signed with our institute. During the delegation's visit to China, a series of activities were carried out, including official meetings, academic seminars, practice teaching, and investigation in other cities. On May 13th, Vice President Li Yunchi pointed out during the meeting that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relation between China and Russia, and also coincides with the China Russia Cultural Year. China and Russia will carry out a series of cultural exchange activities. The visit of the Vladimir branch delegation coincides with the 10th anniversary of the establishment of cooperative relations between the two academies. Both sides will carry out academic exchanges on cultural heritage protection, which is not only a positive response to the China Russia Cultural Year, but also a new starting point for friendly cooperation between the two academies.

On May 14th, our university held aSino Russian academic seminar on the theme of cultural heritage protection. The conference was co-chaired by Chen Cong, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, and Dong Binyu, Director of the Philosophy and Culture Teaching and Research Department. Four experts made wonderful reports. Finally, Liu Honglei, a member of the institute committee, made a concluding speech. Liu Honglei pointed out that the world is composed of rich and colorful civilizations, both China and Russia have a long history and profound cultural heritage. We are willing to cooperate more closely with Russia and continuously improve our research capabilities in cultural heritage protection.

On May 15th, the delegation went to Yanqi Lake International Conference Center and iFlytek Company to conduct practice teaching. The delegation members praised the functional construction of the Beijing International Exchange Center and China's achievements in the fields of AI.

In addition, the delegation also conductedpractice-investigation in Gansu, and the local official media reported on this visit. Vice president Xu Jianqun of Gansu Administration Institute, together with related departments’ heads, held formal talks with the delegation and reached preliminary agreement with the Russian side on the future cooperation.
