The delegation from Kenya School of Governance visits BAI
On June 26th, a delegation of 5 members from the Kenya School of Administration, led by Amos Gathecha, Deputy Minister of Public Administration of Kenya, visited our institute.
During the visit, our institute held talks with the Kenya delegation. Vice President Li Yunchi introduced the basic information of our institute, focusing on the international cooperation and open education models. Deputy Minister Gathecha introduced the main responsibilities and management methods of the KSG. Li Yunchi stated that KSG and our institute have similar main responsibilities and function, and both sides can cooperate in areas such as cadre training.
Subsequently, Guo Guangmin, Deputy Director of the Training Division, provided a detailed introduction to the education and training of cadres in Beijing. Both parties interacted on issues of interest and had in-depth discussions on the design of training courses, selection of trainees, training scale, trainee management, financial budget, and other aspects.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the comprehensive building, the cemetery of Matteo Ricci and other foreign missionaries.
