The delegation of Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, Ukraine National Academy of Public Administration visited BAI

From June, 23rd to 29th, the delegation of Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, Ukraine National Academy of Public Administration led by the Director Mykola Izha visited BAI. The delegation was consisted of 8 members, five of which are leaders and experts, one is a representative of the students and two are experts of the National Academy of Administration of Ukraine.


Executive Vice President Wang Minzhong met the delegation in a meeting, introducing information about BAC cadre training, training of teachers, education of graduate students, international cooperation and exchange and so on. Vice President Han Jiugen also conducted exchanges with the director and reached consensus with him. Director Mykola Izha extended warm invitation to us in the hope that BAC can send a delegation to Odessa this autumn.


The two sides held an academic seminar during this visit, which was chaired by school committee member Yuan Jifu. During this seminar, Director Mykola Izha introduced Ukraine National Academy of Administration and Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration’s cadre training, the development of their graduates, modern technical tools in their training, teaching team and international cooperation and exchanges.


The Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of BAI led the delegation to visit FESCO, through which, Ukraine guests boosted their understanding of the operational model of FESCO and how the Chinese government serve foreign companies in terms of human resources.


Besides, Yuan Jifu led the delegation to Shanghai Administrative College whose Vice President Guo Qingsong received warmly our delegation and briefed us on how his school develop international cooperation and exchange and build it into a world class administrative college.


Through this visit, the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange explored new ways of receiving foreign delegations, indentified the responsibilities of different posts, improved receiving plans and standardized the procedure of receiving delegations. All these explorations represented a huge innovation which will pave the way for future international cooperation and exchanges.
