From May, 19^th to 24^th, the delegation from College of Public Administration of North Rhine Westphalia in Germany led by Vice President Wiesnser. Wang Minzhong, Executive Vice President of BAI met the delegation in a meeting by expressing warm welcome to the German delegation and reviewing the cooperation history between the two sides in the past decade. He also expressed expectation that on the basis of friendship and cooperation, the two sides can explore and deepen the areas of cooperation.

During the visit, Yuan Jifu, School Committee member of BAI chaired an academic workshop under the theme of “German environment legislation and protection”. About 20 teachers and staff members of BAI attended the workshop and proposed questions for the four German professors. This workshop helped BAI representatives to explore possible solutions to environmental pollution by comparing different practices in China and Germany.

On May, 22^nd, the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Division of Grassroots Party Schools of BAI and Huairou District Party School prepared a seminar for the German professors. 150 people, mainly trainees of party school, attended the seminar. Vice President Han Jiugen delivered opening speech. This seminar was a complete success.

Besides, the German professors got to visit FESCO and Baihua Bee Products company, getting a better understanding of the culture and operation of Chinese companies.
