From May to June of 2010, two training groups from Bangladesh with 59 officers came to Beijing Administrative College for studying. The Vice President, Dr. Yao Guangye; Committee Member of BAI and the Director of the Presidents Office, Zhang Ning, met all of the participants in the campus.

        In order to let the training group know more about Chinese experience and practice about the reform and opening up in China recently years, BAI arranged series of courses and activities related to the training topic, Human Resource and Economic Development.

        The trainees participated in the seminar which is about Chinese economy and the construction of the global city of Beijing. Zeng Xianzhi, the director of the department of Business Management of BAI, gave the lecture and made them to comprehend the innovation process and development of Chinese economy.

        Meanwhile, the members benefited a lot from the lecture of the Strategy of Chinese Human Resource and Methods, which was given by Professor Wu Dongmei, the Capital University of Economics and Business.

        In order to help the group understand more about the training system of Chinese public servant, Dr. Liang Jun, the director of the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation of BAI, delivered a lecture, which focuses on The Training Systems of Chinese Leaders: Introduction of Beijing Administrative College.

        BAI also arranged various activities for the group to experience different aspects in Beijing.

        First, BAI arranged them to visit the Committee of Yizhuang Economic Developing Zone. The leader there introduced them the latest development of the Zone, provided them to watch the film about the development of the Zone, and also to show them around the area.

        Second, BAI arranged the participants to visit the Village of Liuminying which is the Model of Chinese Agricultural Ecology. It locates in Daxing District of Beijing. The group listened to the introduction of the village, visited the biogas station, the ecological farm, and interviewed the local farmers families.

       Zhao Hongjun, the Vice Director of Business Administration Department of BAI, also took the trainees to visit the High-tech Company in the Zone of Zhong Guancun, the Silicon Vallege in Beijing. Through the interesting visit, they understood more about the Chinese economic development.

        BAI arranged the group to visit Beijing Human Resource and Social Security Bureau. The lecture, entitled Economic & Social Development and Talent Training, was given by Mr. Zhang Tiezhu, the Director of Training Division. After the discussion, the trainees had initial knowledge of Chinese economic and social development, and the talent cultivation in government as well.

        At last, BAI arranged the group to visit the Hall of Beijing Planning Exhibition. There they watched 3-D film name The History of Beijing and The future of Beijing. During staying in Beijing, they also visited some historic places, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, the Capital Museum and the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao Zedong. In a word, the training group got a comprehensive and deep understanding about the society, the economy, the history and the culture of Beijing after their study and visit in Beijing.
