United Russia is the largest political party in Russia and the largest party in the Russian Duma. The candidate list for the leadership of Mironov is composed of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and leader of the "United Russia" party, Grayzlov, the Minister of State of Emergency, Shoigu, Moscow Mayor Luzhkov, and Tatar Republic President Shaimiev.
