Jakub Skiba, Secretary of State from the Ministry of the Interior and Administration of the Republic of Poland visited the Cemetery of Matteo Ricci and other foreign missionaries on June 28th,2017.

Mr.Skiba listened to the introduction of Matteo Ricci and Florian Bahr, and expressed his tribute to the missionaries. Holding a doctoral degree in the history of Chinese and western culture exchange, he shared his study on Polish missionary Michal Boym, who was the first one to introduce the scientific and cultural achievements of ancient China to the western world in the 17th century. In the end, on behalf of BAI, Zhang Haiping, the director of international cooperation and exchange department, presented the book:History Recorded by Stonesto the guest as a gift.
